Mentor logistique

With ten years of field experience, Hamidou Togo has acquired a solid understanding of the logistical challenges in complex environments in Mali and Niger. His career, particularly within organizations such as ACTED, Save the Children, NRC, and Plan International Mali, has allowed him to develop a pragmatic perspective grounded in the realities of humanitarian operations. Holding an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and currently a doctoral candidate in the same field, he strives to bridge the gap between theory and practice. He shares his reflections and observations through his publications, notably in his book "Impact of Insecurity on Humanitarian Logistics in Mali: Analysis of NGO Adaptation Strategies," and in his forthcoming book, which will explore the systems, challenges, and innovations for a more effective humanitarian response. His approach is driven by a desire to contribute to concrete solutions to improve the effectiveness of humanitarian interventions.
