INVITATION
The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) invites qualified consultancy firms or individual consultants to provide support to three Country Program Collaborative Systems (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
Background:
The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS”) is undertaking an initiative to improve the structure, accessibility, and governance of country-level data across programs. Currently, data is stored, shared, and managed in a decentralized manner, with practices varying across country offices.
This initiative is led by WCS Information Technology (“IT”) to establish consistent and secure collaboration practices across WCS.
Required qualifications:
Workflow analysis and documentation of use cases.
Microsoft 365-based collaboration environments and associated add-in tools.
Data management, systems administration, and platform security.
Demonstrated experience working with centralized IT governance and operating models.
International multi-country organizations, non-profit preferred.
Strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
Flexible work schedule and onsite travel.
Fluent in English and French.

In the subject line indicate “Consultancy supporting Country Program Collaborative Systems”. Responses, if determined appropriate by WCS, will be issued in writing to all known proposers.
There is not preproposal conference call planned about this RFP.
All proposals shall be submitted as an attached digital file to the submission email including Cover letter, CV, and hourly rate. Emails shall be submitted ONLY to: africaprocurement@wcs.org
An interview may be requested of any proposer, and key staff should be present at the interview. Such a request for an interview does not constitute a contract award.
Proposals must be received no later than 23:00, 24/09/2026, Central Africa time.
